About I&U Group Agricultural Holding

The holding began its operations in the early 2000s, when the Ukrainian agricultural market was undergoing an active phase of reforms and the formation of new production structures. During this period, I&U Group focused on establishing an effective system for managing its land bank and production facilities, laying the foundation for future growth.

As the company expanded the geography of its enterprises, it developed an agricultural base and created its own production and logistics infrastructure. Later, a number of technical assets were modernised, including the sugar production facilities: equipment was upgraded, and quality control and energy efficiency standards were introduced.

I&U Group consistently improves the technical and digital components of its production chain, aligned with EU standards:

• automated process control systems
• equipment with enhanced energy efficiency performance
• digital accounting and planning modules

The integration of these tools supports stable operation of production cycles and enhances the quality of internal control.

For many years, I&U Group has been among the key agricultural enterprises in the Kirovohrad region. The holding’s companies regularly contribute to the support of educational, social and community improvement programmes.
